Band 13, East Spring Military Band, SILVER!

That was the sentence that made us all jumped for joy. Finally a silver! Our hard work paid off! Let me just roughly tell you what we did before the SYF. We were released at 9.15am and i've been waiting and waiting and waiting for tat 9.15am to come as mother tongue was damn boring. Can't wait to go out of that lesson. Ok so we watched the videos and practice. Then at 11.30am, we went to have our lunch and got change to our uniform!

Cool right! Yup. We're so nervous when we are about to play. Woooo... It all ended like, in a flash. Suddenly everything is over. Now for the results. We went there by cab and oh my, it was a really nerve cracking moment for all of us. Some pictures here.

Soundcheck

Did'nt have time to blog yesterday. I was revising for my science test. Woo.. the science test was.. harder than the last time. But still quite ok. Oh and yes! We went to Singapore Conference Hall yesterday, which is on the 23rd of march 2009. Went there for the soundcheck. Oh my, the hall was so big. So we are somehow like that. But thats not us. I got this pic from the net.

The soundcheck was ok.. sounded quite good. I wonder if i'll be shaking all around during that day. First of all, the air-con was damn cold. Secondly, So many people staring at us. Omg. Anyway, just have to be calm and play how you usually play during practice. There is only 1 chance, 1 chance to show that we,ESMB, can do it. Jiayou.

Tired.

Its been sometime since i blogged. We had band camp on the 16 and 17 of march. It was damn tiring. My lips felt swollen. Lol. Did'nt get to sleep as sleeping in the classroom is'nt as comfortable as you think! The whole night i'm rolling here and there. Haa. Though its just 2 days, we've benefited a lot. This is my first time taking part in the SYF and i'm damn nervous. I wonder how it'll look like. Our soundcheck will be tomorrow, 23rd March. Hooray, can skip chinese and no need take science test. Yes!

Alright, now for the yesterday match. Haiz. Felt sad yesterday. Chelsea Lost to tottenham 0 - 1! It was a tyco shot though. Haiz, wasted tat chance. ManU lost to Fulham. Lol. Fulham won ManU for the first time over 45 years. Lol, how funny is that. i really really hope Liverpool will lose to aston villa today so we will still be on track. Come on chels!

Band Camp

Oh holy great. Tomorrow's the day i'd been waiting for. Band camp! Woohoo.. Finished packing all the stuffs. Great! Ohh i saw the schedule... i guess it'll be very tiring for us. Lots and lots of practices. From morning to afternoon and then to night practice, but i know its all for our own good and for the SYF. Come on Esmbians, we can do it. Its just 14 days away from SYF. We can do it! Alright till here.

Ok, so this is my results for CA1. Ok lah, quite satisfied with it, but really hate DnT.

• Maths - 84 ( A1 )

This is just CA1 i'm sure SA1 would be even tougher. So lets just all work hard together :D

Band Exchange @ Nan Chiau 7 March

So got up early in the morning and rushed to school as i was about to be late. 7.30am is the reporting time and i got there on time. Phew.. Okay so we board the bus and woohoo, off we go.
Reached nan chiau and did the same thing - Band or drum major to come up and pick the sequence of what the band will be at.
Lol we're the 3rd out of the 6th band there. Ok good, in the middle. Here are the schools that were there in the morning. (In the order of the sequence)

• Nan Chiau Concert Band
• Beatty Concert Band
• East Spring Military Band
• Changkat changi Concert Band
• Evergreen Military Band
• Bedok View Concert Band

All the bands played really nice songs. Did'nt regret coming for the exchange :D as i've learnt something. Hmm ok i think thats about all.. gonna watch my match now. Cyaz.

Such memories..

Flipping through an album where my father gave it to each one of us the day we're born, i realised how fast i've grown. From nursery to kindergarden to primary and now to secondary. How fast time flies.
Just take a look at me when i was in kindergarden. I was laughing like hell. Haha. I can still recall that scene. It on a sports day where i am competiting in the milo tin competition. Haha.

Time is precious. Yes. In the twinkling of an eye, i've grown SO Much.
Now take a look at this picture. Its a picture of my brother, Daren. His Primary 6 now.

Haha. Isn't it cute? Hahaa. Thats when he was young. Well, his all grown up now. Primary 6. One more year as his in Secondary 1. How fast is that. Haa.

Fantastic gift

Had no time to post yesterday as a group of us, Larrissa, Madeline, Me, Kammie, Cailing, Glen, Jacky, Jonathan, Chudi and Khairul went to watch the movie, The Pink Panther 2. Lol damn funny.
Ahaa. Theres one part whereby he gets run over by a bunch of horse. Lololol. Very funny. Nice show.
Okay and as for today, when i got home, mum told me that there was a parcel thing sent in by other country. Lol, i dunno how to react. Lol, first thing that came to me was, What was inside. So i quickly tore the parcel and.. this is what i saw.

Its a fanzine. Oh great. It comes with a gift too. Its a John Terry's badge.
